Universal length measuring devices

The universal length measuring device is a lightweight measuring device that enables fast, accurate and repeatable length measurement of fasteners and other products. The slide/rod assembly ensures close alignment throughout the measuring range. This system concentrates forces on supported load-bearing surfaces while minimizing any load transfer to the scale, increasing service life.

The length measuring device is designed for use on the shop floor and in inspection rooms. All steel parts have the “VEE” block and the slide rods are hard chrome plated for durability in daily use. A ball bearing protected spring system with constant force ensures increased accuracy. This system offers a good alternative to other length measuring devices and fixtures. With the appropriate cabling it can be connected to any SPC data processing equipment or directly to your PC.
